Location: Taylor Lake Park, Shelter #3       Cost:  $10 Cash or Venmo.

                             Elementary Age Focus (6-11), but all are welcome!           Pizza lunch included in the price

In this friendly, educational workshop, homeschool parents and children will participate in creative writing activities together. The purpose will be to learn more about the process of writing while having fun!  

As a Certified Teacher and Professional Tutor in the homeschool community, over 90% of my clients need instruction with the craft of writing.  Therefore, it has become my mission and passion to help children find the writer within and learn to love the process of writing. 

The Goals: 

• Provide families with concrete ways they can support their child as a writer                          
• Share information on the Do’s and Do Nots of Writing Instruction                                                
• Help make the process of writing less painful for parents and students
• Inspire creative ideas beyond the use of a curriculum
• Answer questions parents may have
• Enjoy lunch while learning something new
